Refurbished packs are packs that have been returned for recycling and have been cleaned/ parts replaced and are now in excellent working order. Still covered by the 1yr warranty from point of sale. £10 from your sale will go to a registered charity of your choice so you must provide a registered charity link on checkout (no gofundme links). Your first name only will be mentioned on the charity donation message & will state from a GeekyHiker chestpack purchase. There may be a platform fee on some charity sites, so for example, if the fee is £1 then £9 will be paid to the charity.

Wear & Tear - This warranty excludes normal wear and tear like minor scratches, fading or slight fabric degradation from use.

Manufacturing defects - covers issues like faulty zippers, broken seams, poorly attached straps or defective materials.

Misuse - Any modifications to the chestpack, damage caused by improper use, extreme conditions or accidents are not covered.

The Warranty only covers verified customers from the GeekyHiker website.

There will be no repairs or replacements after 1 year. Any replacements or repairs issued during the warranty period will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty period only.
