Refurbished Packs
Refurbished packs are packs that have been returned for recycling (see the recycling scheme page) and have been cleaned/ parts replaced and are now in excellent working order. You may though still find an odd mark or slight material abrasion, but it won't effect the working order of the pack. It is still covered by the 1yr warranty from point of sale. £10 from your sale will go to a registered charity of your choice, so you must provide a registered charity link on checkout (no gofundme links). Your first name only will be mentioned on the charity donation message & will state from a GeekyHiker chestpack purchase. There may be a platform fee on some charity sites, so for example, if the fee is £1 then £9 will be paid to the charity.
Information on the specs of the pack matches exactly as the others in the online shop.
The photo of the colours available that you click on will be the actual pack that is available for sale.
If for any reason a refurb pack is returned for a refund then £10 which has already been paid to your choice of charity will be deducted from your total refund.

Comes with a standard back panel
With the back panel you can wear the chestpack on its own without a backpack or with any backpack.
Do not machine wash
Use a mixture of mild dish soap and water. For stubborn grime, scrub with a cloth or a soft-bristle brush. Rinse with fresh water, then dry the inside thoroughly before closing and storing. Please see the seperate section on cleaning your pack.
Do not overload
The 'Geek' is a small extra storage pack meant just for those essentials you need to hand frequently.
Warranty - 1 year from date of purchase
Wear & Tear - This warranty excludes normal wear and tear like minor scratches, fading or slight fabric degradation from use.
Manufacturing defects - covers issues like faulty zippers, broken seams, poorly attached straps or defective materials.
Misuse - Any modifications to the chestpack, damage caused by improper use, extreme conditions or accidents are not covered.
The Warranty only covers verified customers from the GeekyHiker website.
There will be no repairs or replacements after 1 year. Any replacements or repairs issued during the warranty period will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty period only.
Delivery
Despatched by next working day Mon-Fri (exc Bank Holidays) choosing either 24hr or 48hr tracked delivery by Royal Mail. Please note GeekyHiker cannot be held responsible for any delays once despatched.
